API Technologies Corporation of Orlando, Florida, has developed a tactical 75-amp, direct-current power supply specifically for powering radio-frequency and mobile networks. Suited for both ground and vehicular use, the TPS75 Tactical Power Supply can accept power from single- or three-phase generators and converts alternating current to 28 volts of DC power at 75 amps. It features an integrated battery charger, remote monitoring, and weatherproof construction. It withstands shock, vibration, sand, dust, precipitation, and temperatures from -40 to +60 degrees Celsius. A 150-amp model is also available.
